What's the cancellation policy?

FREE CANCELLATION UP UNTIL 24 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Within 24 hours from your Dinner Reservation Time or 3 p.m. Check-in Time, You will be liable for a 50% charge for your booking.

Can I smoke in the room?

Castle Grove is a no-smoking Hotel.

Can you arrange a rental car?

We have bicycles you can borrow during your stay, just ask at reception.

Is there laundry service?

Yes.

Drop-off 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM → Delivery 6:00PM

Drop-off 11:00AM- 5:00PM → Delivery 10:00AM next morning.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Early check-in is possible based on availability. Late check-out is possible based on availability. Please let us know your request in advance. You can check-in late at night but please let the front desk know if you are checking in after 10:00 PM.

Some plans and bookings made through specific channels are unchangeable. Please contact us.

There is no shuttle bus into Letterkenny but we can order you a taxi.
